All designs by bg orders are shipped by either UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 7 business days on large orders, and 5 business days on orders less than 10 items. If you need a rush, please contact us at 205-218-8945 before 2pm Central Standard Time, and we will be happy to assist you.
Generally, shipments under $50 in value and under 3 lbs. in weight ship via Priority Mail which can take between 2 and 4 business days for delivery. Shipments over $50 and/or over 3 1bs. ship via UPS ground. UPS ship times vary depending on what area of the country we are shipping to. We are in the Southeast, so shipping using standard UPS can take up to 5-6 business days to the West Coast.
In an effort to provide you with the best service, we are now marking all shipments over $200.00 "Signature Required". This means that UPS will not leave the package at your door if no one is home to sign for it. They do leave a sticker on your door that you can sign so they will leave the package the next day.
If you do not wish us to require a signature on your order over $200, simply indicate your wishes in the "Comments" section when placing your order.
