Refund Policy - We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Since our items are custom made for you, we make every effort to provide quality products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If you find that we have made a mistake in the monogramming, we will be glad to issue a refund (less shipping and handling), or replace the item with the correct monogram. If, however, the monogram is your error, we will not be able to issue a refund.

- We do not refund shipping charges. But if you are returning items because we made a mistake in shipping your order or if the item is defective, we will refund shipping charges as well.
- When we receive the item, we will credit your credit card account within two business days.

If you wish you may pay by check or money order payable to Sewly for You. Orders will not be processed until check or money order is received. Allow 7 business days for checks or money orders to clear.
